December 18th Not such a cold night waking to a temperature of 6 degrees at 7.30am. The difference today is that early morning temperature is not going to rise. The wind that was due to arrive overnight did not materialize until breakfast time making the day feel bitterly cold. The temperature remained around 6 degrees all day.
December 19th Another cold start to the day with a temperature of 1.7 degrees at 8.30am. Couldn’t see any frost though because it was so dry out. No condensation or dew anywhere. Beautiful blue skies again but that chilly wind was still with us in the morning. We went out for lunch and it was lovely in Ilo Ilo behind the glass with the sun shining in. The warmest we felt all day 😂. Shade temperature reached around 10 degrees. It is now 18.50 with a temperature of 5 degrees.
December 20th Woke up to cloud and a temperature of 6 degrees. The day remained mainly cloudy with a temperature of around 12 degrees and the winds are from the NNW so it didn’t feel warm at all today. There were a few spots of rain around lunch time but nothing much.
