Pete, if you print off the boarding passes does that mean you don't have to go to a check-in desk & that there's somewhere just to drop off the luggage both going & coming back?

Hi Jackie, i tried to book in on-line but it wouldn't let me, just kept returning me to the page where you print the boarding passes off, last time we flew with them checking in was really quick, there were no queues, they just glanced at the passports and put the luggage tags on the cases. It used to be that you could only check-in online if you had no hold baggage. pete.

So why do they let you do your boarding passes if you still have to check in? Kinda defeats the purpose, does it not. :-\ Easyjet are weird! lol

Using my paper & ink all adds to their profits i suppose , as i think i've said before, the real beauty of flying with them comes on the return flight, because everyone is travelling independently there are no queues at the airport because everyone turns up at different times & the real bonus is no little hitlers making you line up outside, you just turn up, go & sit in the aircon inside, keep an eye on the big info board & stroll down to the desk once it is announced. pete.

Checking in online with Easyjet has big advantages. If you only have hand baggage you just walk through in the Uk or Corfu and if you have luggage you can go to a different queue especially at Gatwick and it is much quicker. Like Pete I have started printing with only 4 weeks to go before we are back in heaven.

Does anyone know the actual date when the High Court rules on the Which Magazine case regarding debit/credit card charges for flights? I believe it to be sometime this month.

Is it right that anything bought airside has to go in your 'one' piece of hand baggage or can you carry it on the plane in a separate carrier bag. Any tips and advice when you get back please x

Hi Jean, you are allowed to carry on one piece of hand luggage each - this include ladies handbags, manbags & laptop bags, plus you are allowed one bag each from "duty free" plus a sanwich/drink. pete.

Pete is there somewhere in departures in T3 that we'd be able to buy sandwiches for the plane? I was T1 the last time.

Hi Jackie, we usually get the "meal deal" from Boots in T3, a lot cheaper & more choice than on the plane, there is also a place that does fresh baguettes with your choice of filling - or was last year ! pete.

Is that Manchester T3, Jackie? When I flew from there in April, it was packed. There are a couple of places doing snacks, but I wanted a meal and there seemd to be only one outlet. The first four things I chose from the menu were not available - it was a bit chaotic and the area is very small. Not good enough, really.

Boots it is then! Their meal-deals are fine by me. Just so that I can have some brekkie, when I'm on the plane - refuse to pay Easyjet for food!

Flown with easyjet many times to Corfu. Just the process of printing your boarding card is you checking in on line. Slightly confusing at first but you soon get used to it. There is a seperate check in area for getting rid of your luggage, no need to go through the queues. Hope this helps Janiemou three weeks on Monday till I'm back yippee
