This not so much what to buy during your stay but, for those who like a good read when on holiday, what to buy to bring with you. In looking at books for myself, it seemed sensible to list all the books about Corfu that I could identify. Some of these are readily available and some difficult to find. Later maybe, I'll look at cookery and travel books also. If I've missed any, please let me know.

As I said, Petra, I'll list the guide books later. There are lots of them and several cookery books also.

I have just finished reading ‘My Family and Other Animals’ by Gerald Durrell I really enjoyed it and couldn't put it down which isn't very good when you are reading it inbetween serving customers!! lol
The next book I have lined up to read is ‘Prospero’s Cell’ by Lawrence Durrell which I plan on bringing with me to Roda.
