Sorry Jean - it's not 'Ouzzato' (made-up name), neither is it OPA, although they did have a dish or two at this food festival.

Do not know where it is from, but I would like to agree with Parsonsgang and say it is Chicken Kinigou, or it could be Chicken Saganaki. It looks delicious anyway.

Mmmmm! Chicken Kinigou .... your favourite, Nikki - we're going to ask Kostas to include on his new website soon, especially for you - well you did ask for the recipe some months ago. ;D
NO - you are wrong!

So close the first time Nikki - spot on with Roda Park's award-winning 'Corfu Delicious' recipe, using kumquat. The photo was taken at last year's food festival on the beach at St Spiridon and the sign says 'Corfiot Chicken'
Well done ;D
PS - If you think that dish is good, you should try his latest one using ouzo, fennel & aniseed. Kostas has called it 'Ouzzato', maybe there is another name for it - does anyone know?

Thanks Julie and Steve. We thought we'd translated the Corf bit of Corfiot and knew the translation for chicken but when I thought it was wrong I thought I'd give coriander a go. By the way Mike loves Kostas' Corfu Delicious recipe. Nikki
