For details of Eleni apartments visit :- info@rodacorfu.com .these are about 100yards from the beach with one of the best kept frontages in Roda. Owner is very welcoming and the accommodation is reasonably priced

Hi all, so I think I've narrowed my search down to blue gardens or alexandros! Have emailed and got prices for both, has anyone got any info on these? Prices of safes, air con etc for both? Thanks sophie x

Hi Lippypou, We've stayed at Alexandros for last 2 years. Unfortunately I can't remember price of aircon as we didn't use it but I'm sure if you ask Anna(Joanna) in the email she will give you any details. There weren't any safes in the apartments but I know a couple of the guests use the little office across the main street next to Top Gears office and this has always worked out well for them. The apartments are in a great position for the village where I feel the Blue Gardens are little out of the village. Anna and Angelo make everyone very welcome and I've yet to hear of anyone not enjoying their stay.

Thank you so much for your reply! I have emailed Anna regarding air con and safes! Not really a problem if not, just trying to budget everything!! Sophie x

Your welcome Sophie and if there's anything else I can help you with just ask. Anna can also organise taxies etc. if you ask her.

I don't know about Anna's prices for aircon, but most places are roughly the same, Sophie - around €35- €40 per week. I guess I'm used to the heat now, but I never felt the need for it anyway, even in July & August.

Hi lippylou, I am a born worrier and I check and double check everything before we go away, but I would say to you book independently. I have been doing that now for a couple of years and we have not once had a problem. From our flights to accommodation and booking our car for pick up at the airport. You will not meet a more helpful bunch of people on this forum and Artisans ( Steve ) is a diamond. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone in Roda too..
