Speaking to Danny & Nino yesterday, for the first time, they will be staying open all winter. Anyone fancy a week or two out of season to find out why so many ex-pats look forward to it?

We are hoping to do a winter visit early in the new year, providing that there are flights at the right price. pete.

Come on folks - I can see Nino's from where I am sitting right now - I can take photos - I can go and have a drink with Danny in the new bar - but I've never stayed there. Steve wants your advice and we've had loads of comments before - how about a few more. Steve

YES, CAN RECOMEND IT, CLEAN & TIDY, GOOD GRUB & A LOVELY POOL, EVERYONE AT NINO'S IS LOVELY, DANNY TENDS TO PLAY THE MUSIC A BIT TOO LOUD, BUT HIS MUM TURNS IT DOWN, & DANNY TURNS IT BACK UP.. ASK FOR A SEA VIEW, WAKING UP & LOOKING AT ALBANIA EACH MORNING & WATCHING THE SUN GOE DOWN EACH NIGHT IS SPECIAL.. YOU GOTTA GOE THERE..

We've stayed there the last two years, great place. Nice clean rooms, pool and the foods good too. We'd be staying there this year, but haven't saved enough as we didn't intend to go away this year,so we're in the process of looking for something a little cheaper

I stayed there in 2003 and the rooms were very clean, only had snacks to eat there but they were very nice and the family are very welcoming. I still say hello to everyone on my walks to Acharavi
