Have you ever been part way through booking something on the telephone when you are cut off or you abandon the call for some reason? If this happens to you while enquiring about a holiday with Olympic Holidays, then the chances are you will get a call back within seconds of putting down the telephone. In a tie-up with a company called ‘Leadcall’, failed Olympic enquiries will receive a call, a text or an email from customer services to see if they can help. It has already increased throughput by 25% and it is claimed that those customers who have received calls think it is a good service. Has anyone experienced this yet?

We experienced exactly what you have stated. We were booking online, then had trouble, next we had a phonecall by a lovely lady and she booked our holiday and gave us extra discount. When we confirmed our travel insurance we spoke to the same lady again. We found the service very good and personal. Bev
