I understand that the easyJet schedules for 2010 from Gatwick, are now on-line. Again, like Bristol & Manchester, they are only available until June - so far.

;D ;D ;D Just booked for a week in May with Easyjet via Gatwick. The price was £77 each return with hand luggage only. Also Amanda and co from Leeds have booked with Jet2 from Leeds/Bradford for 5th July 2010 @ £220 each. The bargains are there just get booking early. ;D ;D ;D Loz & Floz

Have just seen on their website, Jet2 will also be flying from East Midlands to Corfu next summer. Might be worth checking out.

Thanks, Ken, it was announced today that Jet2.com is setting up a new base at East Midlands airport for flights starting in May next year and one of the services will be to Corfu.
The move will widen Jet2’s catchment to a large part of the Midlands from its northern heartland around Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle. Their M.D. said: “At a time when many competitors are cutting services and closing bases, we are increasing ours with our ambitious expansion into the Midlands."
“We see the region as having huge growth potential for our leisure business and the exceptional transport links to the airport allow us to extend Jet2.com’s catchment area further into Derby, Leicester, Nottingham, Sheffield and surrounding areas.” East Midlands will be Jet2’s seventh base after Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Blackpool, Belfast and Edinburgh."
East Midlands airport chief executive Penny Coates said, “This news is a positive indicator for the future and puts East Midlands airport in a strong position as we continue to extend and develop our route network.”
Let's hope that Newcastle gets a full service from Jet2.com next year as well.
