Tomorrow, Friday is our last day and we were wondering what to do. We are staying at the Fiona and have to be out of our room at mid day. We can keep our room on for 20 euros but only until 6 pm but we do not leave until after midnight for a 6am flight. We plan to have a late meal maybe at Nikos which is superb but the advantage my daughter has is that she can access the internet (for free) from our room but this would only be until 6pm. I could leave our cases at the Fiona and find somewhere that we can stay until around midnight with internet access if possible. The cost does not matter too much - I just want a room for a little longer. Any sugestions please ? By the way Parga / Paxos was fantastic but tiring - a 7.30am pick up back by 9pm !
BTW where are the Pipitsa apartments anyone ?

Hi kgde - Pipitsa's Apartments are immediately behind Niko's Family Taverna - walk down the alleyway between Niko's and Roda Park or stand in front of Lola's Shop and look across the small piece of land that is for sale.
We'll give some thought to your other issue and come back soon.

Hi again - I think you will have to choose between having a room and having internet access. The only other accommodation I can think of that might have rooms and WiFi, is the Coral Hotel, but I think they are full. There will be someone prepared to rent a room and there are places like Smileys' & Pirates' Bars who do have internet access - even after midnight. Finding the two together may not be possible.
If we can help, then let us know,
Steve

Is internet access imperative for the few remaining hours of your time in Roda ? If I were you I would pay 20 euro to have the room until 6pm - that way you can use the pool / internet during the day and have a shower etc before going out for your meal. Then there are an abundance of places you can go for a post-meal drink/coffee/chat until you leave for the airport.
I agree with you about the Paxos/Parga trip - it is beautiful but a very long day - having said that, we are considering doing the Meteora excursion next year which is an even longer day!
Regards, Kath.

Thank you both for your comments. I think as Kath says the best option is to pay the 20 euros and keep the room to 6pm. The internet option is imperative for a teenage girl wishing to keep in touch with her friends but it has been useful for me to look at this forum. Thanks again guys - but I do not want to think much about going home a this stage !

As far as I know, Theos (pool) bar will be open until very late at night on the nights customers are leaving... so your daughter can have access to internet as well... greetings, Petra (staying at Pipitsas at the moment)
