woohoo got our tickets in today so getting a wee bit excited now lol.anyway we only have 20 kilos each(karens shoes will use that up lol).told her to maybe leave out the iron as it weighs a ton.was wondering if there was anywhere in roda hires them?if not doesnt matter will just be scruffy for a week ;D

Totally in agreement, wonder about irons. Have a lovely new linen dress but how to make sure it still looks good after being in suitcase. Carry an iron using precious kg or roll and hope it doesn't look too creased when go to OPA on first night. Bev. ;D ;D ;D

I don't think anyone hires out irons, but Lucy can probably help at the Holiday Wash. As we have said before, we don't have an iron - it makes us easy to recognise. ;D

I would use the service if I was staying in Roda. A decent iron will cost around £20 (€22) approx, that is 22 items you could get ironed. It is only the likes of dresses that need it. Anyway if everything is hung up on arrival it normally drops out with the heat.
The average iron is around 1.5 - 2kg. A travel iron is useless.

Thanks for info on IRONS...........have used THE HOLIDAY WASH before, saves hanging the wash on the balcony !!!.........do you know Julie & Steve if there is a massage parlour at all in Roda..........there was one a few years ago, just as you turn into the Old Village opposite where Voula had the money exchange shop( now that's going back a few years!!)..would love a bit of pampering..........KAZ
