A recent trade survey of holidaymakers has confirmed some of the concerns that people have when booking. It seems that they are much the same, whether booking from a brochure or booking online.
When booking, consumers want prices to be clearly stated and easy to compare, they want information about activities and they want someone to talk to. Transparency is paramount and prices need updating more regularly.
Long-standing concerns about holiday brochures include out-of-date information, hidden fees and misleading descriptions - alongside technology-related issues such as slow downloads and broken links.
Rodaonline seems to cater for most of the concerns covered by this report with, perhaps, one exception. Visitors say that they need some sort of weather prediction for the period of their stay, even if months in advance. Should we include an overview of Corfu's weather for the whole of the summer season? Clearly, no two years are the exactly the same, but it may help with decision-making.

I agree with you !!! The weather on Corfu ,especially in lowseason, is one of the questions I often read on other corfu or greeceforums!!!! A lot of people know about the rainfall on the island in winter/spring but they seem to think its' raining a lot in may and june too!!

It would be a great idea to have a running weather forecast on the forum during the holiday season from those of you lucky enough to be living on the island. It would give perspective visitors a heads up to what is expected. I use this Weather website for a Weather History of Corfu, CORFU WEATHER HISTORY. All you have to do is type in the date of your holiday to find the weather forecast in what ever year. Yeiamas, Chris
