Pipitsa is something special .......as everybody will know who has stayed in her apartments. Yesterday afternoon I received a phonecall from Pipitsa to thank me for the textmessage I sent her because of her nameday last Saturday....... She asked me to write this news onto the forum ,for all of you Rodafans!! For next holidayseason Pipitsa will provide her guests with wireless internet, so all those who would like to bring their laptops to Pipitsas apartments , can use Pipitsas internetconnection. And MORE good news is, that she is going to order a few laptops (in UK, at least in english ) for her customers to use during their holidays ! So even if you cannot bring your own laptop, you can use a computer / have internet access if you stay at Pipitsas luxury apartments !

Hi Laurence, did you bring your laptop with you?? You made me very curious.....what on earth could Pipitsa have done more this winter except the wireless internet .....I am so excited to actually see it (and see Pipitsa of course) soon. I will be there 1 day before you ! Looking forward to see you and Florence again. Greets from Holland, Petra

Hi folks,
in addition to all the luxury in her apartments (washing-machine, aircon ...) since yesterday (23 March 2010) she also offers WLAN FOR FREE !!! I'm here with my own laptop and from the privacy of my apartment I can check eMails, look for the weather-forecast and (if my wife allows me ;D) also make business online.
It's simply fantastic, what she always does to improve more and more. She let install 2 strong antennas to supply every of here apartments with wireless highspeed-internet. Simply connect with "pipitsa" or "pipita2", enter the password (she will give you) and go.
All the best,
Stefan.

Good to hear from you Petra. How is your family - well I hope. You will just have to wait and see the changes not only in Pipitsa's but also in Roda. How long are you staying? We leave on 6th August and Bob and Bobbie arrive 16th July for 3 weeks. That will give Verns plents of time to buy us a beer at the Harbour Bar. It's only 6 weeks. So until then take care and see you soon. - Laurence XXX

whilst in Roda this week we had a guided tour of one of Pipitsas apartments (we were kidnapped during a meal at Roda Park, much to Steves amusement!)
we (redimp and i) were both very impressed at the little comforts which lay behind the door -and in particular in my case at the massive balcony which is even lined with fake grass to add to the effect). it will be a hard decision next year deciding where to stay but all for the right reasons and not the wrong (we were at pegasus this and loved every moment, and also spent a day by the theodores pool which was also very appealing, and now with the addition of pipitsas...its basically watch this space)

Just like Tony, we are also just back from another stay with Pipitsa, once again we could not fault the apartment - brand new kettle, hair drier and ironing board, and as usual the best holiday bed i've ever slept on. The only down side was that we didn't see much of Pipitsa herself as she was fully booked - which speaks for itself - and she had to stay in Corfu town most of the time. Can't wait for the end of August when we'll be back again & we have allready booked two visits for next year. pete & debbie.

I need some help!! I posted a review on a dutch holiday`rating`site called Zoover, about Roda and about Pipitsas apartments. There is only 1 rating a the moment (mine). I would like to ask those who have stayed at pipitsa to write a review on this website. Thanks! www.zoover.nl/griekenland/corfu/roda/aspioti-pipitsa/appartementps: of course you can also rate one of the other hotels or apartments in Roda if you want!

I cannot believe it's already 5 days ago that I left Roda after a wonderful holiday at Pipitsa 's. This time I could only stay for 2 weeks unfortunately and as we all know "time flies when you are having fun..." As always Pipitsa made sure that we had everything we could ask for.... a wonderful apartment with an extra bedroom for my 13 year' old daughter. I brought my laptop to stay connected to my family in Holland and I was very happy to be able to sit outside the apartment and use Pipitsa's wireless internet (for free!!) . All the people that were staying at Pipitsa's I somehow met before last year. It was a perfect mixture of all different nationalities... we were multicultural !! people from germany, britain, ireland, romania, holland ,all are very welcome at pipitsa's. The people from Romania were in Roda with their family to have their little daughter baptised in the orthodox church. That night RodaPark Kosta had to cater for 2 parties, the Romanian party and my son Danny's 19th birthday as well. Thanks again Kosta and Voula for the wonderful dinner !! What struck me this time in Roda ,was that the people from Roda seem to be extra happy that "us Rodafans" keep coming , especially in these difficult times / financial situations. I cannot give you the details although I would like to , but on a few occasions I wanted to pay for things I asked for and they didnt want me to pay .We were even offered by Lola (sunbeds) to take a little dog home for free....but I had to refuse that offer! She did give me some eggs from her chickens and Kelly made a wonderful omelet with feta and tomatoes for the 2 of us. For those who are coming over later this summer: last week when I was on my way from Pipitsa's to the mainroad to hire a car at Loft rent-a-car I saw they had started to install the lampposts, like Steve told us before they would. When I was expressing myself to Roberto (Mistral, before Theo's Pool) about how wonderful it looked, the pavement and now the streetlights, he said....it will take a while for them to put the lightbulbs in.... and he is not even greek but albanian ;D... ... we will see, it already looks beautiful!! I think it was well worth the waiting!!!!

After staying in Roda for over twenty years in an apartment that has not altered for all that time, it was so nice to stay at Pipitsa's. It must be the best place to stay in Roda so comfortable for us not so young travellers!!!Pipitsa is a lovely lady she want to make her guests happy and she does.
