;D ;D ;DFlo and I fully agree with all of Petra's statement. We were so happy with our stay with her that we are going back for 10 days at the end of September. We were very glad to have Margaret and Stuart and many other people we have met there over the years staying there for a while but so sad to have them leave a week early due to ill health. To indicate how loving and caring Pipitsa is, she gave Margaret and Stuart their money back for the lost week. How many apartment owners in Roda or anywhere else would do this? For all those people who are thinking about coming to Roda in the near future or even next year have a look at Pipitsa's apartments and get booking. You will have an experience you will not forget for a long time. ;D ;D ;D

Just a quick word for now, once again staying with Pipitsa, everything is as always first class, because of our late night arrival we didn't see Pipitsa when we arrived, the next day she found us on the beach just to check that everything was ok. Another new addition to the aparments since june is the use of two laptops for her guests - where else would you get this. pete.

Just returned to Scotland after an amazing 2 weeks in Pipitsa's Apartments. Accommodation was as good as ever and the laptop was very useful. Holidays can't get much better than that and the weather was really good apart from 2 days of rain.

Just like Lynda and Tony, we too have had as usual a fantastic two weeks staying with Pipitsa again, again nothing was too much trouble for this lovely lady. As Lynda says the laptop was an absolute boon, the apartments as good as ever, already booked in for two stays next year. pete.

Following on from Petra's note about the recent storms in Corfu, i have had a phone call this morning from Pipitsa her self. She is very upset, as are her family at the scale of the damage that has been done to the family business in Corfu town, the entire basement of the building ( some 800 sq meters) has been completely flooded, ruining fridges, freezers, the lift to the ground floor as well as all the stock.Although insured they will only get about half of the estimated 300.000 euros required to put it all right because the insurance company say that the insurance was for the whole building and only the basement was damaged. Pipitsa has been overwhelmed by the messages of support and sympathy from forum members and has asked me to tell you that it is not her house that has been damaged but the business which is in another part of town, the flooding was caused by the nearby river bursting it's banks during the severe storms last week. Pipitsa would like to thank you all, through this post, for your kind words and good wishes - she says it is wonderfull that so many people thought about her & she hopes we all have a good winter. Once again, on behalf of Pipitsa - thank you. pete. Read more: rodaonline.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=idrodaonlinenews&thread=2398&page=1#ixzz160O7qjVU

Flo and I are saddened to hear of Pipitsa's plight concerning the rain damage to the family business. We wish we were there to help her and Babis in their hour of need and we hope it is not too long before everything is back to normal. We know that all her friends will be rallying round to help out.

Hi Stefan & Birgit - 335 days without a break is too much - you need to visit Pipitsa's more often. Good to have four weeks though.

That is cold, Laurence - winter temperature over here!
Birgit & Stefan are two of the few registered forum members from Germany. As hard as they work throughout the rest of the year, Pipitsa will have them relaxed and settled in within hours ....
(Apologies to Birgit & Stefan - I was mixing them up with two other regular guests from the Russian Federation - Steve)

Just came back from another fantastic week at Pipitsa's apartments. The apartments have everything you could need or want when you are on holiday, it's like a home from home. Pipitsa is just fantastic and looks after all her guests and ensures that they have the best possible holiday in Roda. These are definitely the best apartments in Roda.

Can only echo Tommie's comments, apartments as good as ever, all the drinking glasses were replaced one day with brand new ones, wouldn't consider going anywhere else. pete.
