If you think that Kostas from Roda Park has six months off in the winter, then think again. Not for him the baby cuddling or nappy changing, it's 'out in the woods with you, my lad!'This is what Kostas does in the winter and these are the olives that were on their way to be pressed into oil for your pleasure this summer. The sacks on the pick-up represent about three long days, in the rain and bent double before they are converted into liquid gold. This year's weather has resulted in a batch of olive oil of really good quality - but there is still lots to do. Any volunteers?
