Is that a species of pidgeon in the background at the top of the tree with tail flared out. Looks a more prettier of the species than the vermin we have in the UK. Great shot of the Eagrets Steve.

Hi Chris - yes, I think it is probably a collared dove - the species we get most often here. We get a lot where we live, but I couldn't get pic that same night of the 'five owls a'flirting' ... They are here in numbers these days.
