The last time this happened in France, we didn't feel a thing here in Corfu. Many flights took more northerly routes over Belgium, Germany etc and arrived here on schedule. Still best to check ...

I'm sitting here panicking ! I fly out tomorrow morning at 7.30am! I've checked the East Midland airport live departures screen. Allthough most flights to France and Spain were cancelled or severely delayed, it looks like all the Greek isle flights got away. Albeit with an approximately 30 min delay. So fingered crossed I will be having a Mythos at Ninos on the beach tomorrow afternoon. How's the weather by the way?

Steve 2 hour delay for us going back in October cos of French ATC. Wasn't the Greek flight that the problem was with it was the previous flight coming in from Spain, that caused the delay.

UPDATE:
"French Air Traffic Control Strike - CANCELLED from 26th June 26th June – Updated at 0800 UK Local time The French Air Traffic Controllers strike has been cancelled from this morning so we are expecting a fairly normal operating day today. The level of disruption caused over the last two days is likely to have some knock on effect throughout today, so regrettably we could still see a number of delays while we fully recover, but we are working hard to minimise any impact to our customers."
