Not exactly a partridge in a pear tree, but an owl on a stick is a close second! This Little Owl can be seen almost daily in Roda now, perching, hunting & preening ... and maybe keeping a beady eye out for his big raptor cousin, the buzzard.

Wow impressive shots Steve! What kind of owl is this? Great PIC of the buzzard too....I'm assuming this is a buzzard. Where were these taken?

All photographed from the balcony, Kelly, while having a cuppa! The little owl is, in fact, a 'Little Owl'.
