Hi t.a. unfortunately the the words "cheap flight" and "scotland" don't seem to go together, listening to some of the regular member's comments you seem to get a raw deal up there with some members finding it cheaper to fly from Newcastle with Jet2 or even Manchester with Easyjet, if there are any cheap ones out there hopefully someone will let you lnow. pete.

I'm heading to Manchester next year! It's really awful that we're discriminated upon, like this.

all seats same price with easyjet adult/kids. but they are cheaper than most carriers, friends of ours from linwood flew regulary from manchester , but found the journey back to scotland ,on their return very tiring .

I can get the full holiday for £340 per person & that includes flights, accomodation, return trains to Manchester & 1 night in a Travelodge. So all in all, it's not too much - compared to a flight from Glasgow costing about £350 alone! lol

It would be, John. We're gonna stay in a hotel again, coming home, cos our flight gets in about midnight-ish. £29 for the hotel for a night - can't really go wrong.
Family rooms are also £29, if you look Tartanannie, so it wouldn't cost you anymore, there being 3 of you.

You would have to book online, cos it's Easyjet & you can't book them through a travel agent, as far as I'm aware.
Or does anyone know differently?

Hi all, i don't think I've ever seen EJ advertised in any Travel Agents. I'm trying to get in touch with friend who works for an Independant Agent so I'll let you know when she gets back to me. I fly Jet 2 from Newcastle and it works for me amd my ''Crew''. TTFN .... Johno
