Makis is working flat out at the moment and holes have appeared above his daughter's take-away to accommodate the pipes & cables for the new air-conditioning units. It occurred to us the other day that the signal for everyone to begin working is 'Clean Monday' with owners setting themselves a seven-week schedule to complete before Easter.

Hi Sam - I assume that you are asking about 14 nights. The total price for a 2 bed apartment for those June/July dates will be 692 euros (£606 on today's rate). There are currently two free.
For September, 1 week will be 336 euros (£294) 2 weeks will be 672 euros (£589)
Don't forget that you book now & pay later!
The webpage will be online soon, but we had computer problem today which has set us back a bit.

It took a 'phone call from Socrates to his best friend who drives a bus for Sidari Travel who called in on his way home to speak about this year's business .... ... so guess who came around to find us this morning to discuss bookings for 2010? [glow=red,2,300] [shadow=blue,left,300][/shadow][/glow] Anyone wishing to book this year, then let us know soon. Makis is considering today whether to have a page constructed on the website and we'll let you know later. He is off tomorrow to Athens for a few days, so contact us through the website for now. Hi Alan - Makis won't have a dedicated website - just a page, under Roda Pages, on the village website. We have all of the photos, text & prices ready, but a technical problem has set us back. Julie is working every day to rectify the problem and, as soon as we are confident, Makis will be online. In the meantime, send us all enquiries and we will deal with them personally.

Hi Carol - yes, there are vacancies for those dates. Do you want 2x2 person studios or 2x2 bedroom apartments (sleeping four)? The apartments are at the front of the complex and the studios lead back to the pool. Let me know & I'll give you the prices.
Best Wishes, Steve

Hi Carol
7 nights in July for a 2-person studio at Makis Apartments will cost 252 euros (£227 on today's rate).
Let me know if you want to go ahead. Is No8 nearest to the pool? If so, there is one other booking who wants that studio for part of that week. The one next door is available.

OK Carol, I've booked you in. Always best to pay cash when you get here. We haven't yet asked Makis about deposits, but we'll tell you if that is what he wants to do.
