Thomas Cook Airlines has become the first UK charter airline to offer online check in. It costs £12 per person return to check in and choose seats online and for an extra £12 customers can choose a seat up to 98 days before departure.
Their customer services director said: “We’re always looking at ways we can give our holidaymakers more control over their booking" - and, possibly, looking at ways of charging their customers more for doing less?

Just like that other infamous airline. Yes you've guessed it Ryanair, the customer does all the workand they charge you for the privilege. Theiving b....... !!
