Not at all Petra. It is a video of the 2009 Easter Parade. At first I thought it was a bit early to be up on Youtube, but when I looked at it closely, it was of this year. I am all for the parade, and for more tourists being able to get out there. In fact seeing all the pictures and videos of this year has given me new boost to get out to Corfu one Easter.
Hope that explains my comments.

sorry Chris, I read "Not positive" as "Negative" ,not as you meant: "not sure"...... now I understand ;D ;D ;D and I had a good look on youtube, this is an announcement -video for greek easter (posted already in januari I think, so it must have been filmed last easter...)

This news story did not take place on Corfu, but I thought was relevant to the Easter Holidays. The inhabitants of the small Greek island of Chios have stage their traditional "Rocket War". In a bizarre but long-cherished local tradition to celebrate the Orthodox Easter holiday, two churches in the town of Vrodandos fire rockets at each other's churches - while services are held. Can you imagine the Health and Safety issues in the UK, openly firing at churches, and the arrest of the two opposing priests. :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:
