Cool! My mum & dad usually buy eggs when they're there, for breakfast, so will send them in your direction this year, Pauline!

Hi kerkyra - Chrisofis is on the main beach road, directly opposite Eleni's Apartments and the photographic shop - on the left as you face the sea. The entrance is to the rear through a beatiful atrium and up the stairs. Don't forget to try the honey also, from George & Pauline's own bees.

Steve, I may be wrong here but i seem to recollect you saying last year that George and Pauline also sold their own home made village wine. Is this correct and if so will they be selling it this summer. Don't know about you but i prefer village wine made without chemicals any day over the supermarket brands! Regards David

George & Pauline do produce a lot of wine, David, but I'm not sure if it is for sale - certainly not last year. If Pauline does not answer your question, I will find out if there will be any this summer.
Village wine is made by age-old methods and lasts for a year if you are lucky. There is nothing added other than a little sugar - not even yeast - and the result is different every time ... "when you taste a wine, you taste a summer!" This is what the Italians call 'grape wine', to distinguish it from the wines we buy from shops and wine merchants which are grape based, but adjusted for acidity, strength, colour and goodness knows what else.
If you are offered homemade wine in Roda, then do try it .... this is the real thing.

David we do have wine for sale - however we only have red left. It's quite a light red, not heavy. So please feel free to call in when you can to try a glass.
