Hi All
Wondering if any body has any info on either or both of these places, I've searched the usual sites but couldn't come up with a great deal of info. I'm trying to find somewhere to stay but every where is booked solid for our dates. I know I've left it late but I've just had surgery postponed so I can now squeeze 2 weeks sunshine in before I go under the knife in September. It's been a couple of years since we were last in Roda and have missed it. We're quite happy with a 15-20 minute walk to the village, as long as the place has got a pool and air-con and is clean we'll be happy. We're looking to be there from the 9th August for 14 nights and we need 2 rooms for 4 people, if any of you great people can recommend any where other than the 2 in the subject that would be fab.
Sorry if I posted this on the wrong board, it seemed the best one to me.
Thanks

Hello homerj, i am not familiar with the places you mention, hover Steve lives near Semeli so may be able to comment when back online later in the week.
In Roda you may wish to try Pearl Resort. As you probably know August is the busiest month as that is when the Italians holiday. There will still be places available in the resort. Hopefully you will get some other recommendations from other members.

Hi Roy - Villa Bamba seems to be well out of Roda and nearer to Astrakeri, but Semeli is about a 15 minute walk into the village centre. I have never been there but it’s just over my garden wall. There is a nice pool, with a little bar and the grounds are well looked after. I think there is aircon throughout, but I can only see one side of the buildings. I think there is a fairly cosmopolitan selection of visitors, but it does seem to be popular. You also have a shop nearby, and an excellent grill room at Ammos on the seafront.
