Hi, I'm new to the board. Due to visit Blue Gardens with family in August, but just found out that Lowcost holidays has been placed in administration, so not sure if the owners have received our payment. Tried to contact Blue Gardens via their website by e mail ( no reply yet) and by phone ( no ring tone), so just wondering if anyone on the Board can help? Any assistance much appreciated. If you look at the lowcostholiday website it tells you that you will have lost your accomodation booking and will have to rebook. Your holiday insurance might cover you for your loss or you can claim on your credit or debit card if that's how you paid. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

I think the accommodation owners are generally the last to receive any money from the travel companies - so would be astonished if Blue Gardens have received your money.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, I'm expecting the worst. But I booked by credit card, so hopeful of a refund. However, we still want to stay at Blue Gardens and want to deal directly with the owners for the same 2 weeks....just can't get hold of them. Wondered if anyone on the Board is staying there right now who could let them know we are trying to contact them?? Thanks again.

just rang Blue Gardens again, and got through this time, so contact has been made. Still looking forward to our first trip to Roda hopefully!
