We arrive in Roda at around 10.30p.m. on Saturday 20th December for a break over Christmas. Will anywhere be open to get something to eat or would it be better to get something in Corfu Town on the way from the airport? I believe that the Compass is now closed until next year. Maybe Drosia will be open, but until what time? Perhaps someone will know. Thanks

Hi bish, sorry we won't be here to meet you - we've been looking at all sorts of ways to delay our departure, but too many arrangements have ben made.
I guess you're coming on a domestic flight from Athens and using a taxi or a friend to collect you, or even hiring a car. If, so the time at the airport is minimal. Drosia may still be open, I guess it depends on who is in on the night. Roda Bar.Be.Que may still be open, but when we arrived on the same flight in February, we found that they had closed for the whole winter. They are open now. When we came at that time, because Drosia closed last winter, the only place we could find was the grill-room, just over the crossroads, on the left-hand side. Small & cosy and we had two giros pittas & a bottle of retsina for 4.60 euros total.
Don't forget, if you have a hire-car, there are restaurants open in Acharavi.
