It's impossible to put them in any order Applejack as everyone has their own favourites, I can honestly say that in all the time I've been going I've had 2 episodes of dodgy service and probably 2 meals that left me unimpressed which is not bad when you think about it. My personnal favourites at the moment are Niko's Family Restaurant, Roda Park and Roxannes, I'm sure all the rest will get a mention from one or other of our members. Whichever ones you choose to frequent, the chances are that you will be happy with your meals & service. pete.

As pete said Applejack impossible to say, there are many Tavernas and I think you should try as many as you can, then you can make your mind up as to which suits your taste....wherever I have eaten, I have enjoyed.............give them all a try............if you have the time!!

As Pete and Kaz have said Applejack the choice is yours.
There are so many nice places to eat and so much variety of food to try you will be spoilt for choice.
Having said that if you are in any way unhappy with your meal in any restaurant in Roda speak to the owner/manager whilst you are there and you can be sure that they will do their best to rectify any problems on the spot.
I have even been in a restaurant in Roda(this summer) where the lady at the next table did not like the meal she had chosen - the owner's answer to it was to take away her plate and tell her to choose something else from the menu at no extra cost to her.
Now there are not many places where that would happen.
Enjoy your stay and food in Roda and let us all know how you enjoyed it when you return home.

We really enjoyed all of the ones Pete mentioned along with La Madera (Mexican) and Drossia. I couldn't say which was my favourite, they are all really good and visited them all more than once during our stay. There are others that I'm sure other people have as their favourites and like. Just enjoy trying them all I've never had a meal I didn't like in the four times I have been to Roda.

OK Applejack, here are the names of most of the restaurants in the village, Compass (Italian), Drossia, La Madera (Mexican), Thalasia (Panorama), Petrino Steki(Odysseus), Roxannes, The Dolphin, Pangalos (Kind Hearted Place), Alexandros (Smiley's), Newport, 5 Roses(Opa), Niko's Family Restaurant, Roda Park. You can also dine at The Coral and Afroditi Hotels as well as many of the bars around the village, on top of this there are several take aways including Roda B.B.Q. and The Corner where you can eat in it's sister business Skouna. Hope this has whet your appetite. pete.
