I think there is some confusion (see last four posts) regarding the "RODAONLINE" website, ( www.rodaonline.org/ ) and this add-on "FORUM", which is provided by ProBoards and carries a link to it from the main website The original posts in this thread were referring to Steve's (admin) work on updating the actual parent website - back in JUNE 2012 !!!The two 'topics' being discussed are totally separate issues! Rgds, Chris

Hi John, Due to the changes on the forum (not our doing!) you will have to register again, to do this hit the "register" button next to the login button & put your email address in, they will then email you your activation code. copy & paste it into the box when you then try to log in again, hope this helps. pete.

Well done Steve, it looks great. My only suggestion would be to add a new sub board called 'New Topics' like we had on the old version. I know we can click on recent threads/recent posts in the statistics section but I think a 'New topics' sub forum would be much better. Instructions here on how to create it if you don't already know. support.proboards.com/post/5293334Thanks Tony

Tony, the original post wae a year ago & was about the main Roda Online website. The changes to the forum are nothing to do with Steve. It's Proboards that have done an update to the forum.

Sorry Jacks, but it was my understanding that the forum has been updated because of proboards updating from v4 to v5, not through any of Steve's doing. I assumed that during this upgrade some of the customisations that Steve had made to the v4 board have been lost during this upgrade, with the 'New Topics' board being one of them! Tony

The "recent topics" is just the same as the new"recent threads" button that is next to the new "recent posts" button - nothing has changed in this respect. pete.

Did you try clicking the re-register button, John? The day it changed, it made me do that, then it sent an activation code to my email address & I followed the instructions from there.
Hope you manage to get access soon.

Hi Steve,
May I say that you have produced a fantastic new forum, hats off to you sir. The ease of getting to each section and topic via the top of the page icons/titles makes it so easy. Well done Steve.

This thread was started 2 years ago, when Steve had to rewrite the forum & website, the new look forum is nothing to do with Steve or myself, it is simply a Proboards update. pete.
