Last year, Adonis from 'Drosia' went off to work at the Greek ski resorts for the winter and the restaurant closed for the winter. It looked as though they may stay open again this winter, but yesterday all the chairs were stacked up and the doors closed.
A notice in the window at the 'Compass' Italian restaurant tells us that Spiros & his staff are taking a well-earned break before they re-open on Thursday January 8th.
Those 40 turkeys are smelling pretty good! ;D

It's all very confusing We reported that the chairs were stacked at Drosia - well they have now been 'un-stacked' and the sign says 'open every day'. Another venue open this winter ;D

I did think it was strange that drossia would close over the winter as so many greek locals use the resturant!!! Hope they do well a lovely family and excellent food!!! mmmmmmmmm the thoughts making me hungry!!!

I loved Drossia's, especially when I was in Roda on my own, I felt less awkward eating there alone (its one of my things), the food is wonderful and my mouth is watering thinking about the pork chops with mushrooms... yum!
