Hi All ~ Another question for you It is our wedding anniversary whilst we are on holiday. Does anyone know where I can order a bunch of flowers to be delivered to our hotel? (Mitsis)

I cannot find any indication of a florist in Roda, but I am sure some will indicate such a business to both of us. However, there is a Garden Centre just outside Acharavi that sells lots of flowers for such occasions.

There is a florist in Acharavi, Stuart, it's called 'Rose' and is next to the laundry, behind the 'Ilo Ilo' cafe. I think they do deliver.
There are plants available in the 'Farma' veggie shop in Roda - maybe they do a few flowers also, but I'm not sure.

La Rose Flower Shop On the right as you approach Sidari and before the first intersection (large Super Market on the right), La Rose florist can satisfy all your flower needs. In their 10th year in business in our area, and with a sister shop in the neighboring village of Acharavi, La Rose can offer a brilliant bouquet to an entire wedding arrangement.
Contact Information: Panagiotis and Olga Sidari: 26630-95169 Hours: 9:30 till 14:00 and 18:00 til 22:00 Acharavi: 26630-64359 Hours: 9:30 till 14:00 and 18:00 til 22:00
Hope this helps Stuart

Maybe in the summer, Jackie, but I don't think so now - at least not the one in Acharavi.

It's my mum & dad's Ruby Anniversary the day after we arrive. It'd be nice to organise something. Gonna contact Makis about doing us a meze or bbq that night, too. :-)

Hi All I called the shop in Acharavi but the girl there does not speak English and my Greek is not good enough foe her to understand me! She asked me to call the shop at Sidari. The lady there speaks perfect English... €30.00 for a large bunch of flowers delivered to our hotel on the night before our wedding anniversary. When I asked how do I pay, she said just leave it at reception! 5 Stars to La Rose & I will have a happy wife... Thank You Vodkalil I'll give them a call now. If anyone wants to call in at 'La Rose' in Acharavi, the girl in the shop is quiet, but very helpful. She does speak a little English - more difficult on the telephone. The owner is often at the shop also, and his English is good.

This thread has been very useful. We are getting married in Acharacle town has on 25th August this year. I am in need of a bouquet for myself and 2 bridesmaids. Do you think 'la rose' could do this for me?
