Hi Becky, if memory serves me right i think the all inclusive days are monday & friday - the two main "changeover" days, it used to be about 20 euros each but may have gone up a little bit. Here is a link to Hydropolis www.corfu-island.org/hydropolis.htmpete.

It was definitely either Monday and Thursday or Monday and Friday. Can't remember exact price but I think it was just under £100 for our family of 5 including all food, drink and ice cream.
It was a really good day, my only gripe was that we were picked up a couple of hours before the park actually closed and this year I shall be speaking to the travel company before booking as I really think you should be able to stay for the whole day.

I've just found a leaflet for Kalypso Star. Last year they were charging 14 euros for adults and 8 for children and departing from the old port on the hour every hour from 10am with the last one leaving at 6pm or 4pm on Sundays.

We went last year to hydropolis on two occasions and both times went on a Thursday which was all inclusive day, I think Monday is as well. Looking forward to going this year.
