For kaz, and anyone else who has a problem logging on to the Chat Room, this is a reply I received earlier from the 'addon' support centre. Some of this should be fairly straightforward - I hope it makes a difference.
"If you are unable to load and/or login to the chat room, we recommend visiting the AddonInteractive Support Center TroubleShooter at: support.addoninteractive.com/index.php?action=trouble_shooter
The trouble shooter will help you resolve common user issues.
To make sure your chat room loads without problems, we recommend you have the latest version of java installed on your computer. You can verify if you have the latest version of java by visiting the link below: www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp If not, this link will guide you though step by step instructions on how to get the latest java update free.
Should your issue persist, we generally recommend clearing your browser's cache and/or restarting your computer to ensure that you're chat room isn't loading because of cache instability. Instructions for clearing your web browser's cache (temporary internet files) can be found at support.addoninteractive.com/index.php?action=kb&article=2
If you or your users are experiencing problems logging in, and you suspect the problem may be caused by a firewall preventing access, please read the knowledge base article concerning this at support.addoninteractive.com/index.php?action=kb&article=21 -- If you have ruled out a firewall issue, please ensure that you include a full URL (web address) to your chat room and a valid username/password to login with when contacting support.
