George & Helen have not run any boat trips for a few days because they have been in England for their daughter's graduation. On their first trip to Erikoussa today, everyone was treated to the wonderful sight of a single dolphin and her young calf - both on the way out and on the way back.

I'm a little concerned that you spotted a single dolphin with calf. Dolphins, Whales and Porpoises are by nature are a gregarious bunch. They will leave the Pod to calf but then return quickly to regain the safety of their extended family. A single female with calf is an open invitation to sharks. Yes, I know that sharks are unusual in Corfu waters, but i don't think the Dolphins know too much about statistics. Any chance of finding out if a Pod/Pods have been sighted by other boat users?
