start taking hayfever tablets a few days before you go then one per day during holiday and any mose bites will not swell as much and willnot be to itchy

Shirl usually suffers badly from mossie bites, they come up in large blisters which,if they burst can easily get infected. I persuaded her to take PIRITEZE for a week before going on hols and one a day while there and, although bitten, did not come out in blisters. Easily available ( even ASDAs).

my advice is to leave the mosquito bands alone, not only did i get bitten to death, i was also unknowingly allergic to them and my eyes were almost closed with the swelling and i couldnt see. Now I take antihistamines for about a week before and the whole time i am there... yeah i still get the odd bite but i do not have the same reaction.

/you will love roda - we do having been many times. All things for everyone, safe and friendly, couldn't be better . Only place in the world I've been to more than once. We're at Makis from 10th July for two weeks - not enough! Almost all retaurants are good, some superb, pubs are friendly and varied and there is plenty for kids. Water sports recent years erratic in operation - not always on!
