Apart from petrol, visitors are reporting prices are much the same as usual. In fact, increased competition is keeping everything down. I saw Mythos somewhere for 2.30 euros.

One "saves up" all year for a holiday to spend, so why worry about the price of anything....if we enjoy a certain Taverna, we will pay the price they charge.......but we don't fetch back any presents like we used to, so we have that little bit extra..Kaz

There was a couple in Sandy's Arms this week who are staying in Roda for the first time while they visit a friend nearby. They have always thought that Corfu 'would be a bit like Blackpool' so, for 34 years , they have been taking their holidays in Crete. They like Roda so much, they will be returning for three weeks in September.
