For those gardners amongst you like Rob (kathnrob), the growing conditions in Roda are fantastic. Take six squash seeds, water well, and wait six months - this is the result, minus the three we already ate! ;D

Hi jacks
I've found that roasting squash with garlic & rosemary, all mixed up with olive oil, is fantastic - you should try it. After it starts to brown, you can add it to all sorts of other dishes - one of our favourites is risotto, with onion & bacon and lots of cheese.
