This is another example of what you can find on youtube: part of the video is in english, most of it in greek, but maybe you can tell what it's about by watching it.... First part is about Papaspiros, very old and still very healthy...

The second part of this video, after Papaspiros, shows the start of the road improvements joining the new port to the Paleo Road junction. This is now a dual carriageway and could well be resurfaced and completed by the start of the season.

Petra,Another interesting video,the Papaspiros part was shown in England last year as part of the Rick Stein cookery programme when he was in corfu.I was given one of those tools they were using in the garden last year by one of our Greek friends,I was so impressed by it that I bought one to bring back to the u.k. they are very handy.

here is another item from youtube, and I found out that in Dassia they needed a Duch woman to restore an old greek place of interest, they even call it heritage: an old kind of kafeneio...(the name is not greek ) the drunken duck.........maybe we can have one (more) of those in Roda as well !
