2012 !!! Still far away, but already booked for 7th til 28th July. Only three weeks and again nearly 11 months between leaving Pipitsas and coming back... ;-(( But unfortunately one has to work to make money, and maybe retire some years earlier? And then ... FULL SEASON AT PIPTSAS !!! ...but minimum 12 years ahead for this. What a plan to dream about :-))
By the way: Had some problems with the internet this summer in the appartments getting to slow to connect. The technician found at daytime over 60(!) connected computers (10% of Roda?). This can happen, when people are too friendly and spread the code. Nevertheless -although having a 24-hours job with her sick sister in Corfu-town- Pipitsa reacted at once, took extra money and bought the fastest DSL-line available. That's what I understand as "Care for Customers".

just got home after 3 weeks in pipitsa appts as usual excellent and as usual pipitsa the perfect host , lovely weather enjoyed the storm lovely food thank you costa and voula for you kindness hope to see you all again may 2012

Just a quick mention about Pipitsa, you can really feel how genuine the welcome is when you arrive, once again nothing is too much trouble for her & she was very upset when one of our aircon units broke down even though it's obviously not her fault, needless to say within 24 hours there was a brand new one fitted & working.How long would that have taken back home ? As usual the apartments are spotlessly clean with all the comforts of home. pete.

We had a great two weeks in the same appartment the week before you Pete, and as you say nothing is too much trouble for Pipitsa. The air con unit in the kitchen was fine for us but the one in the lounge was broken. We did'nt mention this to pipitsa as we did'nt really use the lounge much. Can't wait to be back again either end of August or second week in September. We recommended these appartments to several people whilst on holiday and handed out brochures most people seemed impressed and looking to book for later this year.

staying with Pipitsa for a week from 7th September and can't wait. These apartments are fantastic and have everything you could ever want or need when you are there and Pipitsa does her utmost to ensure that all her guests have a fantastic holiday.

Another brilliant stay at Pipitsa's, we showed someone around who wasn't happy with the place they were staying & it looks like they too will be staying here next year, looking forward to returning in September. pete.

Pipitsa's will always be my first choice of accomodation in Roda. In fact last year I ended up booking into the Ellenitsas because it was cheaper than buying a flight and transfer but I still stayed with Pipitsa as her acommodation is far superior to anywhere I have stayed whilst on holiday.

Pipitsa is best! Not only that her rooms all are in perfect shape; the also wants to keep and improve her standards all the time. As Pete's aircon broke down she not only had a brand new one installed within 24 hours, she also bought a second one in reserve(!) to be even quicker. She asks every day, whether any single thing is not alright, to fix it immediately. So let's keep in mind, that it doesn't bother her to mention a problem, that can come up. In the opposite: We all help her to solve small problems before they become bigger (and more expensive) ones. Also problems we don't mind are facts for the following guests (without getting Pipitsa to know about it). She is such a wonderful woman with the passion to have all the best for her guests - let's support her to keep this up.

we all support pipitsa we all go back year after year that is recomendation in itself she doesnt need to advertise everyone knows they are the best accomodation

Pipitsa's is next to/at the back of Roda Park restaurant, in the "alley" in between Rodapark and Nikos fam. restaurant.
