Some things are really annoying. We want to stay at Theo's, yet Olympic currently want nearly £1,100 for me and my son for 2 weeks from 17th August.
I have found though, the same 2 weeks at Roda Oasis for £750 for the 2 of us. Have not stayed at the Roda Oasis before but had a drink in there many times and know Nikos and Costas well.
Looked at booking direct options with Theo but that still works out over a grand.
Is additional distance from the Roda Oasis worth the £350 saving?

Hi, I didnt even know you could book directly with Theo - how do you do this? But £350 is a big saving and a huge boost to your spending money once you are there!
Regards, Kath

Yes thats what we'd heard but didnt know how to contact him as he is normally away straight after end of season. We usually stay with Nikos in the Angelina appts but as he didnt know exactly what was happening for this year we have booked Theodorus via Olympic now - suppose we will find out how to do it / costs for next year when we are there in June. We only paid £500 for an apartment sleeping 4 for 14 nights inc/ a/c in June last year with Nikos.
best wishes, Kath.

That was certainly the intention, Tony, but Theo had not confirmed it for sure. There were plans to convert Niko's old shop into a modern reception area for the whole complex. As soon as Theo is back in Roda, we'll try to confirm what he is doing.

I saw it advertised with the apartments above for 650,000 euros or lease 20,000 euros for season + 100,000 euro deposit! p.p.s I've never ate in there.

Hi Tony,
We were told that the Chinese restaurant has been on the market for at least ten years. Nothing yet as far as we know - we've never eaten there either.
