In the event that there is no Brexit deal by March 29th 2019, the Department for Transport has issued the following advice for UK citizens:
After March 2019, if you visit and drive in an EU country, for example on holiday, you would need both:
· your UK driving licence
· the appropriate IDP
International Driving Permits (IDP) for Greece are subject to the 1968 Vienna Convention and they are not currently available. They should be available from 2500 UK Post Offices from February 1st 2019, at a cost of £5.50.
