Starting to be a bit repetitive, we woke to clear blue skies with only a hint of high cloud and a very slight breeze. The summer haziness persists, but Albania is just visible across the Corfu Chanel. Yesterday was glorious, sunshine all day, with some parts of Corfu having temperatures in the mid twenties, here in Roda it was cooler. However the sun was still very fierce. I read my weather station and the shade temperature was 21oC, I then moved one of my other thermometers into the sun, the reading shot up to 31oC. I suspect there would have been some sun burnt people in the village. Once the sun has gone down the evenings are still chilly.
Today's readings at 9.50am on 5th May are:- Temperature 19.5oC and humidity 68% Yesterday's maximum temperature was 21.1oC and the minimum 13.4oC, the maximum humidity was 78% and the minimum was 68%. !

Good morning from a sunny Roda, with clear blue skies, a little high cloud and a gentle breeze, Albania has just about disappeared, and the hills behind us are indistinct in the haze. Yesterday was a mixed day, after a nice start, with cloudy episodes in the late morning and early afternoon, but cleared to give a nice sunny early evening and a warm night.

Another glorious day in prospect. We have clear blue skies, sunshine, and just a gentle breeze coming off the sea.. There is the usual haziness over Albania and the hills behind us. Yesterday was lovely, but there was a bit of a breeze which gave us waves so we couldn't get a swim at our usual spot. It was a delightful evening with just a slight chill, the temperature at 11pm was a mild 21oC.
Today's readings at 10.00am on 9th May are:- Temperature 20.9oC and humidity 70% Yesterday's maximum temperature was 24.5oC and the minimum temperature was 16.8oC, the maximum humidity was 77% and the minimum 50%.

Another lovely morning to wake up to. Blue skies, some small clouds and no wind. The humidity is down so Albania is almost clear of haziness, as are the hills behind us. Yesterday was a another dry day, nice and hot, but slightly breezy, again catching some holiday makers out resulting in some red skin. The UV factor was 8 yesterday so please take care. Again we awoke to clear blue skies, warm sunshine, barely a breeze, and the few clouds there are are stuck over the mountains of Albania. Yesterday had a lovely sunny morning that clouded over to give a cloudy but bright afternoon. We had literally one or two spots of rain early evening which then gave us a truly wonderful sunset and a mild night. The humidity had dropped by then and gave us lovely views of the Albanian mountains in the evening light. The temperature at 10.45pm was 20.7oC.

Today we awoke to blue skies, fluffy white clouds and a cool breeze. The humidity is low so Albania and the hills behind us are fairly clear. Yesterday was a mixed day, we started with a sunny morning, it clouded over by early afternoon. There is a gentle breeze and it promises to be another lovely day. Yesterday was gorgeous with very warm sunshine all day, the UV factor was 8. The strong morning wind eased to almost nothing by the evening. It was 20.5oC at 10.25pm.

Another lovely morning with sunshine, blues skies, the gentlest of breezes and only thin high clouds. There is the usual slight mistiness putting a thin veil over Albania and the Corfu hills. Yesterday was lovely all day, a sea breeze made itself known late morning, but it was all gone by late afternoon, and lead onto a calm mild evening. The temperature at 10.00pm was 21.4oC. The maximum UV factor was 8, so use that sunscreen, the sun is fierce!
