Thanks, Jackie - having three Alexandroseseses in the village is very confusing. The meeting on Wednesday is at the original one and we will be there - again!

Steve, I think its called "having a senior moment" - I'm having them more and more frequently as Kelly is always quick to point out to me!

Really going to make an effort to get to either the Roda Park or New Port FGT this year to put a few names to faces. Antony (10 days to go)

Sorry, the want of a 3 year to get his new boat into the sea prevented me attending this morn.

Antony, it's a good job you were prevented from attending today - the FGT is actually tomorrow (Wednesday) - you would have been 24 hours early for it!

At this time of year, it’s difficult to know which venue to choose for our weekly meetings. Some tour operators are closing us down earlier, others seem to be going on a little longer with places like Theodoros being open until almost the last day. I think it’s safer to stick with what we know and change the last three FGTs of the year slightly, as per the following:
Oct 14 Nemo Café Fun Park
Oct 21 Pirates’ Bar
Oct 28 Cancelled as it’s a national holiday. There will be a parade in Acharavi to celebrate ‘Oxi Day’ at about that time.

For those who can make it, we have another UK FGT planned soon. We have booked a table at Yianni’s Greek Taverna in Lanchester, Co. Durham, for 8pm on
Sunday, November 8th.
There were ten of us there last time and a great Greek night was had by all. A few others expressed an interest too, so please let me know as soon as possible so that we can finalise the numbers.

For those who are coming to Yianni’s at Lanchester at 8pm on Sunday, November 8th, there will now be 17 of us there!! It is a great response and we hope to have a Greek night of our very own in the heart of Co. Durham. We’re looking forward to seeing you all in shorts & T shirts!
See you on the 8th ...

We’ll be across the Channel tomorrow and we’ll be having our own little get-together with kaz. We’re looking forward to seeing her again and all those coming to Lanchester on Sunday.
