I shall be arriving in Roda on 18th May, staying at the Theodoros Fiona for one week. This is my first holiday without the kids and on my own so I wanted to go somewhere where I would feel safe. I visited Roda with the family around 19 years ago, I can't remember where we stayed. I don't know why but it was the first place that sprung to mind when I was flicking through the brochures. I'm so very excited and can't wait.

Hi Becky, welcome to the forum. You couldn't have chosen a better place than Roda for your first holiday without the kids - you have chosen well with the Theodoros too - the best pool in Roda in my opinion. You say its 19 years since your last visit - if you can remember the village you will notice some changes but in essence it remains the same and the warm welcome you will receive will make you feel right at home. Fire away with any questions - one of us 'anoraks' will be able to help.
Regards, kath

HI Becky agree great choice in Theos apartments we stayed there last June for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome. It was 10 years since I had visited Roda and my partner had never been to Greece so I was a bit unsure how he would cope with the whole toilet roll in the bin etc but he loved it and even insisted on a 2 week holiday to Roda this year - Theos/Fiona apartments again of course - hope you enjoy it as much as we did xxx there are so many lovely restaurants and bars in the village and to be honest the food is much cheaper than in England I felt as though we could have paid quite a lot more and still have a fantastic meal at very good value for money xxx
