Walking the dogs on Acharavi beach today. Sun shining, stunning blue waters no wind yet crashing waves and not a surfer in sight sure beats the UK weather.

That was a nice video clip Gil.....I too walked along the sea wall this afternoon, it was blowing a gale and the sea was crashing against the huge rocks (sea defence) about 20ft high, had to steady myself..a vast difference to Acharavi.....Brrrrr

We sat at Fuego yesterday watching the same scene, Gil - not the most complicated of vistas, but very moving! This often happens when a strong southerly starts to die down and the waves further along, at Almiros, were too big for swimming. It also means that, in some places, the seagrass starts to roll in - particularly, between The Boathouse and Eftichia's Apartments in Roda ... but it is very mild tonight and quite delightful.

A few photos taken around the village of the wild seas, they cannot show the strength of the wind we were fighting to keep the camera steady. But you must agree it looks beautiful.
