Many years ago we had a day trip (by boat) to Paxos and Anti Paxos, fantastic day, swimming in the beautiful sea (after diving off the boat)...........these days a paddle is enough for me !!!!.worth while going, you will enjoy it

Thank you for your recommendations Kaz, swimming in the beautiful sea sounds very appealing to me. Will definitely book this trip when we arrive. Funny that I have never done this boat trip to Paxos after all my years in Corfu. It's on the to do list now.

From what Nikki told us recently, just consider that the trip goes to Antipaxos first for swimming. It then arrives at Gaios in Paxos where you can get something to eat. You may arrive wet from swimming and it could be mid to late afternoon. Forewarned is forearmed .... take a snack to eat on the way out.

We did this trip 2 years ago with NSK.
A great trip with spectacular scenery - not to mention the superb Gyros Pita we purchased for a late lunch from a little "hole in the wall" shop on the corner just 50 yards or so from the harbour in Gaios!.
Might even do it all again this year!

Thanks for the heads up regarding the swimming and taking something to eat Steve, things to take into consideration for sure. The Gyros Pita is definitely up my street holidayman. Question. Are there two separate trips that take in Parga and Paxos and Paxos and Antipaxos, or is there just the one trip to Paxos and Antipaxos?

Yes, magicjosh, there are two trips. I'm not sure about the Paxos/Antipaxos trip, but the Paxos/Parga one reduces in overall time as the days grow shorter. As the sea journeys are the same, then time spent ashore reduces.
