It has been confirmed by Roda Taxis that prices will be fixed for 2013 at the same levels as the last two years.

I believe that maintaining the same prices as last year (and the year before) is the policy for the majority of businesses in and around Roda - and the prices have never been exactly 'expensive' anyway! Clearly makes it an even more attractive holiday destination choice. Chris

Is there an alternative ?

Norm, if you email rodataxi@yahoo.com you'll get a swift reply to your question. Yiannis is very good with any question you may have!

Only the airport transfer prices are listed on the Roda Taxi website ( rodataxi.com/ ) but, as Jacks says, Yiannis will always be more than pleased to quote prices. It may be possible to take a bus from Arillas to Sidari and then change to the Roda/Kassiopi shuttle, but I think it may be very messy, even if exists. The bus timetable is available online on CORFU BUSES, but I can only see an early schedule from Arillas to Corfu Town. It is avaible in English if you need it. Steve

Can anybody give me a rough idea of a cost of a taxi to Arillas from Roda ? Hi Norm. Since the cost of the airport transfer to Roda, a distance of about 35km, is €50.00 . . . . . . then I would guess the trip between Arillas and Roda, a distance of about 16km, would be a little under half of that, at around €20.00 - €25.00. But, as suggested above, an e-mail to Yiannis at would get you the definitive answer. Rgds, Chris
