Hi all. We have booked our holiday as usual with Olympic. When booked we were with Monarch. Now it is a company called Sky Express. Has anyone any information on this airline? I don't want a repeat of the disgrace that was Excell. Thanks.

thanks Jacks but have tried that website and they are 19 seater jets but upgrading in 2008. That was all information I got. Must be a new one for this season. Olympic are only using them. Oh well, as long as get there in one piece and not late. Bev.

They were the only ones I could find.
Exactly, if they get you there on time, who cares what their name is! lol Maybe someone will know a bit more about them, though. x x

Have discovered further that Sky Express has bought a couple of larger jets. Olympic are using them for the Manchester to Corfu run. They are using other charter airlines for other Islands and other Airports. Should be interesting. Further signs of how bad things are with the economy. Bev

I've been looking around on the net and they may possibly be Russia's first budget airline, they lease their planes from various companies , service them & paint them in their colours... here is their website - if they are the right one. www.skyexpress.ru/en/pete.

that is the colour scheme on the Olympic website. Now starting to get really worried. Thanks Pete. My son told me to pack parachute, might not be a joke after all. lol Seriously though, as long as they get us there all will be okay.

not trying to worry you but... when Russia first experimented with parachutes they (the parachutists ) had to travel on the wings of the planes !!

Well I don't have to worry about a parachute. We are not flying SkyExpress now. We have been changed to Strategic Airlines. Aussie company apparently, most important, flying an hour earlier so will be in Roda earlier. Yeeessssss. Unless of course they change or airline again before we fly.
