I apologise if I have annoyed anyone. This was not my intention. I merely responded to John in a light hearted matter (emiticons/smilies added to ensure this was understood]. As for the last comment, I merely pointed out that the word used had two meanings. An education project. ;D ;D

The Greek debt may have been slashed by 50%, but according to a poll in a national newspaper, most Greeks have responded negatively toward the EU agreement because they believe it harms the national sovereignty by handing more control over economic affairs to the European Union and the International Monetary Fund.
Around half of those surveyed said the agreement signed in Brussels was a blow to the country's sovereignty, nearly 60 percent of people viewed the deal as negative or probably negative, and almost three-quarters of those questioned said they wanted Greece to remain in the euro. Less than one-fifth said they wanted a return to the drachma currency.

as i posted steve didnt catch sight of any pre-conditions .[if any ] but the reaction is what i expected , the greeks are a proud people and would baulk ,at intervention in the countries affairs
