This first photo is next to Olive press, there used to be a small supermarket and some kind of "kantina" where the boys would meet. (Downsized by admin to 640 x 480)

Hi Petra,
Nice to see the old photos of my favourite end of the village. Your first photo is I believe the Golden Sand taverna, which was extended and improved as the years went by. The Cri Cri, as did the Olive press, became part of THe Robolla Appartments complex, where pleasant and attractive surroundings have been created, also good food, and free sunbeds and pool are available.
Very little in life stays the same forever, and all we can do is remember the happy times that no one can take away.
Bigjohn.

Thanks John
Us newcomers have been wondering where the Olive Press and Cri-Cri were. Now we know.

It's difficult to recognize the people at the back (the first photo), does anyone know or recognize them?? I know the one in the middle is Fanis from Loft Carhire, but does anyone know who the other boys are?? (I should ask Fanis but...maybe someone else knows also) And the girl in front...is me. And on the last photo you can see my son Danny and my husband Bernard.
