Got back in the early hours of this morning from another brilliant two weeks in our favourite place. Once again we stayed at pipitsa's who made sure we wanted for nothing and even gave Debbie a present as we were leaving. As always we never had a bad meal in any of the restaurants we went into, this time we said we would visit the few we hadn't tried before but with so many favourites & friends to see we didn't get around to it - maybe next time. We had the very great pleasure of meeting Jacks & Colin for the first time and had a few nights out with them - photos to follow unless Jacks offers to buy them ! We went to two f.g.t's while we were there and actually got to see Dave's famous yellow t-shirt at last. Estrella appears to have grown in reputation in the ten weeks since we were last there - even spoiling one of my riddles because they have now got more tables put out, next year should see some changes at the Roda Tavern with a new owner set to take over and with Yiannis back in Big Bens the usual mayhem has returned - i can't mention on here what he said the night we stood watching Albania burning ! I've got some new photos of Alex & Sarah's little boy and of Ali & Tony's twins & i'll try to put them on in the next few days - they really are growing up fast. A very big thank you to all the people of Roda for making our stay as good as ever - roll on next June. pete.

How much will they cost me? lol I'll let you put on the decent ones - if there are any. lol I'm in agreement with Pete - had a wonderful holiday, yet again. From the moment we arrived (taxi waiting for us - in Makis in 40 mins!) till the moment we left (taxi back, skipped the queue - happy days! lol) we had a wonderful time. Was lovely meeting Pete & Debbie and their friend's (Peter & Yvonne? Or have I just made those names up? lmao! I probably have - I asked after a few cocktails. What I do remember is that me & her share the same birthday.) Went to Big Ben's to see Tony twice - great nights, as per usual. And as Pete said Yiannis is back in Big Ben's, so it was mad! Met Tony & Ali, with the twins - they're the cutest thing, ever - on the Brandy Shop decking, where we'd stopped for a light refreshment, in the heat of an afternoon. lol But never managed to see Spiros. Any morning I passed Crusoes, he wasn't there. As Pete said, we had the privilege of seeing Dave's t-shirt - we were devastated at the first one, when he turned up with a white one on. And he thought I was Debbie! He didn't recognise me with my sunglasses on. lol And as usual, it was lovely to meet Julie & Steve a couple of times, round the village & at the FGTs. Thanks for the pics of the wedding, btw. Can't wait to see more, when you get round to doing them. I know how busy you both are. Makis & his family were wonderful as usual. When we left yesterday, the whole family were out to say goodbye - even the new daughter in law, who we only met this year. It was sad, but it won't be long till next year, will it? The boys in the Harbour bar were great, as per usual. And Sara & Alex - love them both. Had a good few nights in there. And a big shout to Costas from Pangalos - I love the man! lol Alex & Costas are like a double act - ones as bad as the other for being up to something. Anyway, can't mention everyone I spoke to. Was nice to meet all the people that were at the FGTs. Sorry, I can't remember all your names - I'm awful with names. And I met Mercedes & her husband, who were staying at Makis, for my 2nd week. Lucky for them, they're still there. Right, I'll shut up now, cos I need to get to bed. Got the hospital in the morning. ps. I didn't manage to stalk Pete for the WHOLE holiday, so I don't know what he's been taking pics of. What I do know is that he's been in some strange places & positions! lmao!
