Just to let you know that I will be off the air for the next ten days. I am off to France early tomorrow morning, and where we are staying we do not have a telephone, let alone broadband. So will catch up on our return. Have fun and I will think of you all as I sip the wine, and munch on my Moules and Cheeses.
Keep the great site ticking.
Yeiamas, Chris
PS: Apologies for missing the FGT, but got way laid getting things sorted for the off tomorrow.

Thanks peeps, have been gone for more than 10 days and no one noticed, ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D, only joking folks.
Had a great time in France. Wonderful weather, even a temp of 31c in the garden on one day. Had a couple of days on the beach in the Gulf of Morbihan even to the point of having a dip, and then picking mussels off the rocks for dinner that night, and a huge crab that we found in a sea pond. Visited lots of places, and had great fun, until, the last day, and I slipped on some rocks and gashed the back of my right leg open. Loads of stitches, very saw. Poor Elaine had to drive home, her first time on the right hand side of the road. She could not wait for Poole.
Have had it redressed and cleaned again since being back on Monday. So online, twisted with my right leg up on a stool strapped in a tight bandage. Thankfully it did not rip the muscle. Anyway, it did not put the mockers on things, still had a great time. Soon be back to normal.

Hi Chris
Glad to have you back - of course we missed you!
Julie & I love the Gulf of Morbihan - she had an old friend in St Ann d'Auray, but we've lost touch - would love to go back. We stayed in a little hamlet called Gohic - lots of good memories.
You've a lot to catch up with
Best Wishes Steve

We love it in that area. Beganne, where we stay is about 45 miles from St Ann d'Aubray. We passed close by there on our way to St Pierre Quiberon Island, and back through Vannes. The Gulf is wonderful by the way it is enclosed from the Atlantic and prevailing winds.
Slowly getting through the catch up. By the way the forum is filling up, and looking really good, specially with the Roda Online pages as well.
